About
Design fluency meets
financial precision
I'm a recent Columbia graduate with a dual Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Master of Architecture. My work sits at the intersection of design and development — I pair predevelopment analysis with architectural thinking, moving between a proforma and a set of drawings without losing sight of either.
At AMPOPS, I lead predevelopment analysis for residential and mixed-use projects across New York City, producing feasibility packages with zoning studies, financial modeling, and test-fit programming for projects from 4,000 to 40,000 GSF.
My capstone project, TerraNueva, won the Columbia MSRED competition — a $456.3M, 517-unit affordable housing development on Inwood's waterfront, presented to a jury including Fifth Avenue Committee, Alloy Development, LISC, and NYC Planning Commission.
